What to Expect at Khmer Tonics Spa
Signature Body Therapy
The house treatment combines deep tissue massage with acupressure, aimed squarely at stress relief after long days walking the Angkor complex. A Kaffir lime and natural-salt body polish, finished with coconut milk, is the other signature treatment.
Massage by the Blind
A dedicated treatment delivered by trained blind therapists — book ahead, as it runs on limited slots. It sits alongside Shinta Mani’s wider social-enterprise model (the resort funds a hospitality training school for disadvantaged Cambodians).
Organic, House-Made Products
Facials and body treatments use the spa’s own chemical-free product line, built around ginger, turmeric, ginger lily, and frankincense — made regionally rather than imported.
Beyond the Spa
A fitness centre and direct access to the 7km Siem Reap River promenade make this a good base for guests who want to balance treatments with exercise.
